1 Tta unable to send/receive emails and unable to browse internet. -DSI also not able to remotely access server Contact GTA and spoke with Andy from tech support -Andy advised that there is a line issue on GTA side and a techniian will be on-site to resolve. -trouble ticket 537935 created -Andy advise he performed a temporary fix to get the internet service back up and running until the GTA technician goes to TTA to resolve the line issue. Perform test emails and test browse internet successfully -DSI will follow up with GTA on trouble ticket status Kevin Hsueh
