| 1 | [REMOTE SUPPORT] - Remotely connect to Allan's laptop. Outlook OST file was corrupted Outbox show outgoing email that is stuck and not display. OST file show only 1.3GB in size while the server shows 19GB of data. Allan agree to leave the laptop alone so we can resync the Outlook with the server. During the time of resync Mary Rose from Guam office reported issues with network slowness. Users are continuing to use Southware to get history data causing server to get overloaded. Work with Torgun to restart server. Had issue with server shutting down therefore had to do a hard shut down. Brought the server back online and remotely check server for any other issues. Temporarily remove Malwarebytes from the server to see if it will help with resources. Continue to setup Allan's Outlook to resync the mailbox. Will take approximately a day to resync all the emails. |
