1 Troubleshoot 3cx admin console access (no access issue). Noted 3cx ngix service not started. Restart service and test access to admin console successfully. Troubleshoot 5 IP phones with "no network" error. Noted main router was not accessible. James rebooted router and all IP phones were able to register properly. James to replace current router with a new router Kevin Hsueh
