1 Enable QoS on Moylans HP PoE switch. Check on phone calling and transfer delays. Issue due to staff not pressing send or transfer button on phone. If send or transfer button is not pressed, there is a 3 second delay. Suggested to Moylans to record an auto attendant and configure digital receptionst.
