| 1 | Troubleshoot network lines. Noted nothing wrong with it. Issue is that there is no more IP addresses available in the DHCP pool. Router power cycled and confirmed all devices now connected. Checked fax machine and confirmed inbound outbound faxes are okay. Troubleshoot Ken's printer and confirmed fully operational with him. Issue is with printer SMNP setting making printer appear offline. Disabled SMNP on printer settings on PC and now printer appears online. |
