1 Spoke with Chuck and confirmed all connections are as expected. Also confirmed with Chuck how he normally sets up networks. Changed Cisco settings to match normal settings for Chuck's network. Worked with GTA to reconfigure modem. Tested and confirmed fully operational with Chuck. Connected all network cabling and confirmed desktops are now online. Mounted and connected WiFi AP.
