1 Check battery and confirmed batter is fully discharged. noted that the charge customer was using is an HP charger (not enough amp) for the Dell Laptop. Tested with a known good Dell power supply and confirmed battery fully charges to 100% after about 1 and a half hours. Sent email to customer to advise there is no issue with the new battery and that a Dell charge will need to be used. Kevin Hsueh
