1 Arrived onsite to troubleshoot server. Noted RAID5 Array shows optimal and no issues with the physical drives in RAID Controller Management Console. Server proceeds to boot to windows but does not boot up properly. Brought server back to DSI to troubleshoot further. Kevin Hsueh

2 Run hardware test and confirmed hardware components on server passed test. Restore server from backup image on external HDD used for backup. Kevin Hsueh

3 Attempt to reinstall server using server backup and also using clean system image. server errors out each install attempt. Hardware on server looks to have gone bad. Spoke to Ginger and was advised to not replace any parts on current server. DSI will provide quote for new server. Kevin Hsueh
