| 1 | Check Bob's workstation and noted system resource use is not maxing out. Noted outlook has several email accounts with PST files over 50 gb. Slowness is present wheb outlook is performing send and receive for the email accounts. Suggested to reduce the size of the PST files. Also suggested to install a domain controller and exchange server for LMS. Suggested to procure an external hdd for backup of Bobs workstation as there are 300gb of critical data on the workstation. Dsi will provide all suggested solution proposals to LMS. |
