| 1 | installed the new Tray 2 Lift Assembly and reassembled the HP LaserJet 4250. Verified original error is not present. However, new error “Top Bin Full” present. Check paper path on output bin and confirmed no paper is jammed. Check Output Bin Sensor and noted no physical damage to the sensor. Reseat Output Bin Sensor on formatter board and reboot printer. “Top Bin Full” error still present. Suggest to replace Output Bin Sensor or per FHB customer also requested if shipping a new printer is an option. |
