1 Troubleshoot Ginger's workstation. Ginger advised MS Office freezes and workstation sporadically goes to a blank screen. Attempt to repair MS office and experienced workstation freezing during MS office repair. Advised Ginger that full hardware diagnostics need to be run and system needs to be reprepped as needed. Brought Ginger's workstation back to DSI for inhouse service. Reinstall HP LaserJet 3010 and 3015 printer on Forest's workstation. Perform test print to both printers successfully Kevin Hsueh
