| 1 | Install Maintenance Kit (Fuser and Tray 2, Tray 3 pickup rollers, and transfer roller). Perform test print from tray 2 and tray 3 successful. Noted paper jams in Tray 1. Noted paper was stuck in Tray 1. Noted Tray 1 pickup roller and Tray 1 separation pad is damaged. Advise FHB Staff (Ginelle) and was advise other staff may have tried to remove paper jam from Tray 1 improperly and as a result damaging the Tray 1 pickup roller and Tray 1 separation pad. Tray 1 pickup roller and Tray 1 separation pad need to be replaced. Part number listed on service manual: Tray 1 pickup roller (RL1-0019-000CN), Tray 1 separation pad (RL1-0007-000CN). |
