| 1 | DLM advised they are unable to receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls and extension to extension calls are operational. Check 3CX and noted no errors being reported on 3CX Management Console. Check GTA PRI circuit and Patton Gateway and noted no issues being reported. Check 3CX server event log and noted error messages regarding PostgreSQL database not being started. Restart PostgreeSQL service and confirmed PostgreSQL service started successfully. Perform test calls with Joseph B. Cruz successfully with no issues. Possible PostgreSQL database corruption is the cause of the issue. Suggest to schedule after hours service to reinstall 3CX Phone System and PostgreSQL. |
