| 1 | Troubleshoot QuickBooks 2018 at ASC. Unable to access conpany file in multi user mode. Noted issue is due to workstation being installed as server version of QuickBooks. Repair installation on workstation and confirmed QuickBooks installed in workstation mode. Repair installation on 3 workstations. Install QuickBooks 2018 in server/host mode on ASC app server. Test access from 3 workstations to ASC QuickBooks company file in multi user mode successfully. Issue resolved. |
