| 1 | Did Barrister service at University of Guam (Computer Center). Installed SPS-HP Ultrium 920 SCSI Int0 Tape Drive at UOG. Upon installing there was an issue on the HPE Rack Mount Kit Chassis. There was a power on the Rack Mount Chassis but there was no power output on the power supply running thru the tape drive. I used the other backup power wire to power up the drive, yet there was still no power output. I informed the System Administrator on duty about the issue and advised to replace the power supply of the HPE Rack Mount Kit. |

Tried the second backup power to turn on the tape drive and it’s still not operational. I informed MOD onsite about the situation. I was told that the last person who did the service on the tape drive was having issues and not getting power also.
