1 Deliver and attempt to install Patton SN4970 GW. Gw unable to pull an IP Address. Test with 3 open ports and same issue. Issue due to possible MAC address filtering enabled by Premier One (Title Guaranty off island IT). Dsi to work woth Premier One to resolve issue and install gw Kevin Hsueh

2 Noted switch port 50 that was configured by Premier One support is on the other side of the building away from the server room. Connect Patton SN4970 to switch and confirmed 3CX Server can see the Patton SN4970 Gateway (IP: 10.84.200.7). Advised Ryan and was advised Patton Gateway needs to be in the server room. Noted original Patton SN4971 is connected to the Firebox M200 device on Port 5. Connect Patton SN4970 to Firebox M200 Port 3. Sent a separate email to Tyler at Premier One Support advising that port 3 needs to be configured so 3CX Server can see the Patton SN4970 when connected to the Firebox M200. Kevin Hsueh
