| 1 | check 2 Shoretel IP Phones that are not powering up. test both IP phones directly on POE switch in the server room. both IP Phones boot up and register properly when connected directly to the switch. Edlyn advised that the offices where the phones were originally connected was flooded recently. flooding appears to have damaged RJ45 keystones in the 2 offices. DSI to provide quote for 4 new RJ45 keystones and labor to replace. Suggested to Edlyn to replace Shoretel (as they are currently having several issues) with 3CX Phone System.
