| 2 | Install new 3PAR StoreServ 7400 node. Reconnect all cables to the 7400 node and power on. Work with HPE support and HPE support advised that console cable and switch needs to be brought to site to troubleshoot further. Second trip separate service needed to be scheduled. HPE Support agent advised Roel Bautista and I that he will send email of what cables and switches he needs exactly to troubleshoot further as they still do not see the node. |
