| 1 | OPA is unable to access OPASRV and APPSRV from user laptops. noted user laptops are pulling an IP Address of 10.0.0.x. Incorrect subnet is causing the issue. Ami check 10.0.0.1 (dhcp server) and noted device is a Netgear Wireless router. disconnect Netgear wireless router that was connected by OPA in conference room. restart DHCP service on OPASRV. verified all laptops pull correct IP addresses of 192.168.1.x and can access OPASRV and APPSRV. configure netgear wireless router with static LAN IP Address of 192.168.1.254 and turn of DHCP Service on router. reconnect Netgear router to OPA network. test connect to wifi and confirmed correct subnet of 192.168.1.x addresses are provided. |
