| 1 | Test AC/DC adapter - OK. System does not power on with battery alone but will power up partially (keyboard backlight and LED indicator lights up) when AC/DC adapter. Laptop does not perform POST test. System board needs to be replaced. Informed Robert Marks of issue and he will decide within 24 hour on what to do next. Was able to read existing HDD only on RAW file format. Data recovery service is required in order to extract data. HDD was formatted with GPT Protected Partition and cannot be read directly. |
