| 1 | Arrived site and was escorted by Edna Fastidio. Perform a test print notice partial light printout on right side of paper and left side of paper is totally blank. Toner is being fused to paper and warm to touch when output. Proceed to replace the provided fuser assembly and rollers. Reset maintenance paper counts. Perform test print and result is same as with old fuser. Temporarily replace toner from another identical printer and result is same. Issue is not with fuser as toner are properly being fused to paper. Please see attached test print. Recommend replacing the laser assembly. Also the duplex module is causing prints to be skewed (look output test prints). |
