1	Arrived onsite and worked with Nick. Open and inspect wall mount box where PC and Cisco equipment resides. Noted PC was off. Power on the PC. Confirmed with Nick he can access the PC but was advised Nick could not see the Fortress device. Check Fortress device and noted no power to device.
