Arrived onsite and located HP ML350 Gen 6 Server. Server was on a table with front cover, case and all fans removed and placed on top of the server. Upon opening the case, all cables and RAM modules were not seated on the System Board. Spoke with Hilton POC and was advised a previous technician was working on the server and left the server in that shape. Noted server RAID card component missing. Unsure what other parts may be missing. It appears that all new parts and components need to be sent out for this site. The way the server was left leads me to believe the parts and components may have been damaged due to improper care. Sent signed RFS and photos to Barrister.
