David's Machine - Mouse doesnt work. Now they tried with external mouse and it worked for a while but now it doesnt work. Andy's Machine - Per Alma, she said Kevin is aware of this issue with EBS Software. Andy also said that internet doesnt work when using Skype.

David's Laptop: Disable touchscreen in device manager. Touch screen causing mouse to not operate properly. Test mouse with no issues after touch screen disabled. Andy's Laptop: Clone laptop from David's laptop. Change computer name to laptop serial number. Need to work with Morrico remotely to add laptop back to Morrico domain. Once back on Domain, Pam from EBS can login to change tech id.
