1 Open and inspect Dell Latitude 5420 laptop. Upon boot up, LCD screen cycles through RGB (LCD screen self test) and powers off after 2 cycles. Open laptop and reseat all cables. Boot up laptop again and LCD screen still cycles through RGB. Noted power LED is flashing 3 Amber and 6 White blinking patter. 3 Amber and 6 White blinking pattern error code problem is: Flash corruption detected by SBIOS. Suggested resolution from Dell: Replace System Board. Kevin Hsueh
