Setup new LG monitor on Joephets workstation. Setup dual screen settings. Troubleshoot Todd's Dragon Naturally Speaking software issues. Current version 12 is not compatible with windows 10. Advised Todd that version 15 is supported by windows 10. 3CX delays reported. restart 3CX services and confirmed no more delays.
