Troubleshoot Lenovo Workstation (S/N: MJ0D99GR) attached to Promethean Panel. Run hardware tests and confirmed all hardware passed with no issues. Noted system is running sluggish when Bertha was logged in. Software that was installed on the workstation is causing the sluggish issues. Bertha to have DOA's IT department check on the workstation software issue.
