Troubleshoot network issue when Mitch PC is on that network slows down. scan system for virus and malware. System is clean of infections. Uninstall Canon software that is not needed. Delete network adapter device driver and reinstall. Reboot workstation and confirmed network running smoothly. Install new UPS batteries purchased by TTA on APC SmartUPS C 1500. confirmed battery error message is no longer present.
