Summary of Tasks

3CX SBC down. Per John Santos, there was a power fluctuation. Check 3CX SBC and noted device stuck in an EXT4-fs error loop. EXT4-fs points to the system file structure is corrupt. Run a disk repair on the 3CX SBC. Reboot 3CX SBC after disk repair and confirmed successful boot. 3CX SBC Service started. Confirmed all IP Phones are up. Perform test inbound and outbound calls successfully.
