Worked with GTA (Russel and Jose) to troubleshoot 3CX one way audio issue caused by Fortigate firewall. GTA advised VPN tunnel setup between Mangilao and Talafofo. Test register Talafofo IP Phone to 3CX using local IP (10.0.0.100). No audio when registered this way. Revert Talafofo IP Phone to register with 3CX using FQDN (onwardguam.3cx.us). One way audio present. Advised GTA that SIP ALG needs to be disabled. GTA advised SIP ALG is disabled on the Talafofo side. Advised GTA this is incorrect, SIP ALG must be disabled on Mangilao side. GTA made the change and the one way audio issue was resolved. Performed test calls and confirmed calls are working properly.
