Installed and set up the two Promethean Nickel ActivPanels in the client's designated rooms. Charlene was not available so our points of contact were Lenny and Joe. Wifi modules were installed, and spare US power cords were brought in due to missing pair in the set. Client could not locate their already delivered accessories (Wireless Keyboard, Aver Camera) and so those were not installed. They agreed to schedule another service if/when they find them.
Both panels powered on and interacted. Network connection via RJ45 cable was shown to work on panel, which was the only one with access to a nearby cable.
