Went onsite and checked for any damages on the board and looked for any connected devices. Started browsing around and ActivPanel didn’t have sound feedback. Panel also froze when navigating in Chromium settings. Did a powercycle to unfreeze it. Looked for any unusual apps/files (both in Admin and Guest account). Also updated the Mainboard Firmware and it fixed the sound issue. Tried to replicate the freezing issue, the Apps menu froze while youtube app was open in the background playing a video. Made user try other apps she uses and they seem to be working fine. The issue with the youtube app delays the launch of apps such as spinner and will also have late feedback.
