Check laptop display output to Promethean Panel. No image. Check laptop and noted refresh rate not auto adjusting. Set refresh rate to the required 30Hz and image displays properly now. Check screenshare issue on HP laptop and confirmed Symantec is blocking screenshare. As a test, disbaled Symantec and screebshare works. UOG to work with their IT to properly configure Symantec.
