Check CO1 (671-646-0911) and CO2 (671-646-0912) and noted CO1 had no dial tone and CO2 has a dial tone. Tone and trace CO1 back to telco room and confirmed line is continuous from ABC Store 506 to telco room. Test CO2 on all panasonic PBX CO ports and confirmed working. Issue is not the panasonic PBX. Issue is with the CO1 line (671-646-0911). Advised David of ABC Store and he will work with telco and plaza engineering team.
