Summary of Tasks

Recover Apple Mail Backup from last good backup from Apple Timecapsule. Using 3rd party app to convert mbox file format to PST. Import the exported PST file to Outlook on a Windows PC then import to Hosted Exchange Server (folder RECOVER 12-02-22). Manually reorganize the folder structure and remove any extension ending with .mbox (causing problem on Apple mail when imported).
