Arrived on site on specified time, looked for the client Fresenius Medical Care and was informed they changed their name to US Renal Care and has moved to another location. Upon knowing this, I tried to reach out to our support contact given on the work order, but only left a voicemail. I tried calling the client and couldn't get a hold of them.
