Login to TTA Server and noted that TTA Server is at 100% RAM usage. Restart MS Exchange Services but RAM usage still at 100%. Proceed to restart TTA Server. Login to server after restart and confirmed RAM usage dropped down to 40%. TTA Server running smoothly after restart. Vanessa advised staff are able to log back in and no slowness being experienced.
