Troubleshoot Load Balancer at Mr. Webbers Residence. Load Balancer getting 25mbps speeds which is not correct. Test IT&E (WAN1) and GTA (WAN2) separately and confirmed both are up. check load balancer settings and noted no settings out of place. Noticed a new firmware was available. Download and install firmware. Perform speed test after and received 120mbps down. Issue resolved by updating firmware. Check MDA server as Wes advised email delays being experienced. DSI to restart MDA Server this evening at 7:00pm
