Sureta unable to access Foscam webcam. Sureta was using MS Edge, Foscam webcam requires Internet Explorer. Configure MS Edge to open Foscam webcam webpage in Internet Explorer mode. Test access successful. Repair 1 Yealink IP Phone network port. Plastic covering for network port was dislodged. Reseat covering properly. Confirmed IP Phone obtain IP Address and registers properly.
