Troubleshoot TP-Link Dual WAN Router per TP-Link Support's suggestions. Modify load balancing and failover for WAN1 and WAN2. Ensured TP-Link Dual WAN Router is on the latest firmware release. Proceed to connect WAN1 (IT&E) and WAN2 (GTA) back to the router. Perform speed test and received average speeds of 150Mbps Download and 40Mbps Upload. Speed is correct. Reinstall and reconfigure SonicWALL Global VPN client on Mr. Webber's Lenovo X1 Carbon. Test connect to SonicWALL Global VPN client successfully.
