Troubleshoot Mr. Webber Exchange account on iPhone. Emails not syncing. Re-configure exchange account and confirmed emails are syncing properly. Troubleshoot issue when scan from Xerox machine to lee@mdaguam.com automatically goes to deleted folder. Check rules on Outlook and OWA and confirmed no rules. Check Mr. Webber's iphone and noted that xerox@mdaguam.com was blocked. Removed the block and perform test scan to email successful.
