| 1 | Fixed network disconnection issue for Len and Lynn's remote PCs (firewall blocking RDP). Confirmed both able to access and print from devices. Checked with all users and assisted them with any questions or customization needed on each PC. Showed users basics of new Office software and new names of printers and other network resources. Tested all normal functions of PC (checking CyberQuery or Acuthin, email, scan to email, printing, etc). Corrected share drives for CARMENU, CARBATCH, and Accounting. Adjusted credit card machine IP address as it was pointed to old DNS server. Set up HP printer next to server for coupon use. Exported and imported Aiesha's email. Confirmed Aiesha able to remotely access it via OWA. |
