| 1 | Remotely checked the server. Unable to access Exchange management, login to VMWare Web Console and access Exchange email using OWA and Outlook. Upon checking server notice Windows Update happen at 6PM Sunday night while the server was also doing a backup. Server was automatically restarted and caused Exchange server to be corrupted. Visited GMP office and was able to access VMWare Host but not VMWare Web Console using the set password. Shutdown all the Virtual Servers and restarted the server. Was able to login to VMWare Host and Web Console. Changed the Root password. Will continue to repair Exchange Server remotely |
