2 Install new 500GB HDD (SN: WCC6Z5LXK8D2) on Lenovo workstation. Install Windows 10 Pro, MS Office, all drivers, and currently available windows updates. Kevin Hsueh

3 Deliver and setup Lynns desktop. add to domain, setup emails, install CSI and Cyberquerry and Network printers. Troubleshoot server with Lenovo support. shutdown server and check raid controller. unable to force ubad drives (2 drives) to good. reboot server and confirmed all 3 VMs boot up properly. confirmed with staff that servers are accessible. per Lenovo support, they will dispatch a tech to site to replace the 2 bad HDDs. DSI to follow up on Lenovo tech schedule. Kevin Hsueh
