GMP reported CSI software slowness. Login to GSCSRV where CSI is hosted and noted 100% CPU usage. CSI.exe is using high CPU resources. Proceed to restart GSCSRV. Login after restart and confirmed server resources are back to normal. Sent a separate email to GMP to advise of completion and to test CSI when GMP opens tomorrow.
