Tim reported Lifelong Memories software unable to print to duplex on Kyocera 4052ci MFP. Check printer driver and noted driver installed was Microsoft PPI. Reinstall Kyocera 4052ci MFP on Tim's workstation using driver from Kyocera Support. Perform test prints through Lifelong Memories software with no issues after printer reinstall.
