Arrived onsite and noted that LAN network and internet was accessible. No power surges noticed by GMP. check all servers and confirmed ok. Agnes reported Accounting printer is unable to print. Unable to ping printer IP. reboot printer but IP still not able to be pinged. Trace printer network line and found line not connected fo network. Reconnect printer line and perform test prints successfully.
