Summary of Tasks

Troubleshoot APC Smart-UPS 2200. Replace battery LED present. Remove battery packs from UPS and test voltage. batteries show correct voltage of 24V per set (2 batteries per set). Reseat battery packs in UPS. Replace battery LED disappears for a few minutes but comes back. Check and confirm battery packs are fully seated and battery pack connectors on the UPS are not damaged. UPS is not detecting battery packs. UPS is bad and needs to be replaced. Trace all power cables on the UPS. Noted UPS is used for network equipment and PSU 2 for the main server. DSI to quote a new APC Smart-UPS 2200 for GMP.
