Check GMPSRV and attempt to access CSI. CSI opens to splash screen then closes immediately. Same issue occurs on workstations. Proceed to restart GMPSRV. Test access to CSI after restart and same issue occurs. Advised GMP that Rick Frank (software vendor) will need to be contacted. Per Agnes, Rick Frank was contacted previously and GMP is currently waiting on his response.
