Check Piti office Xerox VersaLink B405DN as Xerox advised Automatic Meter Read not enabled. Confirmed Automatic Meter Read setting was enabled previously (done in 2023 when new Piti office was setup). Uploads are showing not successful. Check DNS settings per Xerox request. DNS settings correct. Per Xerox, the VersaLink B405DN needed to have 2 special firmware updates. Download and install required firmware updates in correct sequence. Test Automatic Meter Read upload successful. Sent a separate email to Xerox and Ambyth to advise of completion.
